As a wedding present, I gave Mike a trip to Chicago for the Panthers-Bears game. Who knew that both teams would be on winning streaks (6 and 5) respectively and one of those streaks would come to a screaming halt??? Hip Hip Hoorahs for the Bears as the #1 defense in the NFl held the Panthers to a field gold while intercepting two Jake Delhomme's passes (both of which led to touchdowns)!
Chicago is a great city. We went up the Sears Tower, strolled thru the new Millenium Park (check out the awesome Cloud sculpture), toured the magnificent mile, got stuck in a pedestrian traffic jam outside Crate and Barrel, had dinner at Mike Ditka's, met Dick Butkiss in the airport.
